Company merger +
Due to the company merger of Safeco and Liberty Mutual, a few kinks had to be worked out in the Safeco claims office. It turns out one of our clients happened to have a roof damage claim right around this time and was not receiving prompt service.
Not to worry, I called our local Safeco Marketing rep., the client had a check mailed to her within a week. Here’s an example of the several perks to having a local agent.
