Forgotten payment +

So I received a check in the mail this morning from one of our clients who wished to pay her full auto insurance premium. I tried to upload the payment online and realized that she already made the payment about a month ago.

I checked her date of birth, and gave her a call. It turns out she was a nice lady in her eighties who simply forgot, and told me I could just tear the check up.
