John Bailey Company loves the outdoors. In fact, many of our insurance agents love camping, traveling, hiking, flyfishing, mountain biking, cycling, running, snowboarding, skiing, and exploring the unknown. Our Knoxville insurance agency treats our business in the same way, not only do we live our passion, but we insure them.

Our RV Park insurance program started when Brandon Clarke left Knoxville to pursue his passion in the outdoor insurance world. Brandon was an underwriter for the premier campground insurance program, Gillingham and Associates. During his 3 years away from his hometown of Knoxville, TN Brandon studied the market by simply competing to underwrite and insure RV Park and campgrounds throughout the county for Gulf and Arch insurance. His return home proved to be a successful one, as he brought back a plan to run a region wide RV Park insurance program. To date our Knoxville based insurance agency has written business not only in Tennessee, but across the county. Our program is simple, we shop the market, review coverages versus rates, then talk to our clients and evaluate their individual business needs and ultimately allow them to decide…after all we work for them.

John Bailey Company has access to six insurance carriers offering RV park insurance. The coverages we offer include but are not limited to: general liability, watercraft liability, hired and non-owned liability, umbrella and excess coverage, property, business income and extra expense, inland marine, EDP, workers compensation, auto insurance, and crime. We are different than most country wide insurance programs in that our independent agency structure allows us to focus on our individual clients, rather than our financial statement. Given Brandon’s past experience we are also fortunate to have a young man, who has insurance company and underwriting expertise, John Bailey Company is an insurance agency that thinks like an RV park and campground underwriter, no other company in the country looks at selling insurance in that innovative way.
