Hiking – Take Small Steps

Finding yourself worn out and tired during hiking? Here’s a tip, take small steps. It may not seem like much, but when the trail is rocky with many obstacles in your path it is beneficial to take the route with the least increase in elevation and attempt to walk between the rocks. This way you are conserving your energy and your leg muscles will not get burned out as quickly. And most importantly, you are able to hike longer and farther!
